Who are scandipik?

 

Scandipik are a boutique photography company based in Melbourne. Our photographers have been selected because they are the best in the industry.  We have extensive background experience in business, sales, photography and marketing so all the bases covered when it comes to delivering an exceptional service to both real estate agents and likewise your vendors and landlords.

 

Does 'boutique' mean 'expensive'?

Absolutely not.  Scandipik pride themselves on supplying not just the best photography and service on the market, but also the best VALUE photography and service on the market.

Which areas do you service?

Scandipik work across the Melbourne metropolitan area, we will be expanding to service more areas in the future so stay tuned for updates.

 

What is your turn about turnaround time for photos and plans?

 

We understand the importance of speed when it comes to putting new listings on the market and we are here to help, not slow you down, so we get your photos and floor plans delivered the next morning!

 

What if we need a change to a floor plan or photo? 

 

Because our team is based in Melbourne we get straight onto any requests for revisions immediately and get them back to you during business hours - no more waiting around while your photos and plans are sent to the other side of the world.

 

Do you require the agent to be present during photoshoots?

 

It is preferable for an agent or their assistant to be onsite when we do shoots with a difficult tenant or vendor, however it is not necessary; it is up to you. Just give us access and we will do the rest.

 

Can you tailor a package to suit our requirements?

 

Absolutely! We have put a lot of thought into what agents need and this is reflected in our standard packages, however if you have specific needs we are happy to work together to come up with a solution that fits you like a glove.

 

What if I need help or to speak to someone urgently?

 

No problem, just pick up the phone and we’re on the other end. Alternatively we respond to e-mails and online chat ASAP. We’re here in Melbourne, not in a call centre in another time zone on the other side of the world.

 

Do you offer any other services?

 

Yes! In addition to photography and floor plans we also offer copywriting, drones and aerial imagery services, standalone property websites, video, staging, virtual staging, sign boards etc. Let us know what you need and chances are we can do it.
